Jeff
Owner
Jeff Bartholomew founded Automotive Marketing Solutions in 2007. He began his career in the automotive industry after leaving Texas Tech University in 2000. While working in a dealership, he held many titles including Finance Manager and Used Car Manager before becoming an Advertising Consultant with Autotrader. After four years with Autotrader, Jeff broke into his entrepreneurship role by opening AMS and later Lubbock Auto Spa. He is extremely passionate about growing leaders and taking his two companies to the next level. Jeff enjoys playing golf and reading when he is not spending time with his wife and five children. Jeff is passionate about his faith and uses it to guide his decisions.
Cody
Chief Operations Officer
Cody has worked for AMS for ten years. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lubbock Christian University in 2013. In his spare time, Cody enjoys attending or watching any type of sporting event. He also likes being outdoors and playing an occasional round of golf.
Kimberlee
Controller
Kim is the office manager and human resource manager, and she has worked with AMS for a little over eight years. She went to college at West Texas A&M University and has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and going to the gym.
Scott
Sales Manager NW Arkansas
Scott Bratcher recently joined AMS after spending several years working in the automotive and powersports industry focusing on operations. Scott is a graduate of Angelo State University and lived in Lubbock, Texas for 23 years until recently moving to NW Arkansas with his wife, Sara. Scott enjoys golf, pickleball and all the outdoor activities NW Arkansas has to offer.
Tim

Tim Ritter graduated from Lubbock-Cooper in 1996 and then attended Texas Tech for business management. He has 21 years in the auto industry business and has worked with Automotive Marketing Solutions for the last ten years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an assistant coach for his son’s baseball team, and he’s wrapped around his daughter’s finger. He also enjoys playing golf and watching sports.
Travis

Travis Cargile has worked in the Automotive Marketing and Automotive Aftermarket Industry for more than 8 years. He grew up in West Texas before heading North, where he studied at the University of Akron before settling down in Lubbock. Travis is an avid hunter, conservationist, outdoorsman, and PRS shooter.
Anthony

Anthony Reyes is originally from Miami, FL. After spending his childhood as a Military Dependent. He decided to join the U.S Army at the age of 17. He honorably served 6 years and then settled in El Paso, Texas. In his free time he coaches multiple youth non profit sports teams. And also referees High School Sports.
